For the Marksmith UltraFine Kickstarter, we made a few hundred Marksmiths ahead of time to start shipping them immediately after the campaign ends. These will first ship to the "In Time For The Holidays" pledge level. Last week, we started a more extensive production run based on the anticipated quantity needed to fulfill all Kickstarter orders. This will be completed in January/February and shipped in February/March.
We're working on additional finishes for the Marksmith Ti markers line. We've found that stonewashed is the best maintenance-free finish for titanium, so look forward to some Kickstarters for stonewashed versions. We tested bead blasted, and although it looks nice initially, it does not wear well, and once scratched, it cannot be refinished at home (unless you have a bead blasting machine). The brushed finish we've been offering is easy to refinish and remove scratches using a scotchbrite abrasive pad.
We experimented with electro-anodizing titanium. It's a fun process that creates fantastic colors, but the problem is that it wears off quickly in everyday carry use. It's not resistant to wear like anodized aluminum.
We're also working on more materials, like brass, copper, bronze, aluminum, stainless, and timascus. Aluminum will allow a variety of colors that can also be used to represent the ink color.

Something unexpected that I've received a lot of requests for is to make a Marksmith sized pen, a pen of truly phat proportions. Owners love the size of the Marksmith and want it as a pen also, so we made an insert that converts the MARKSMITH into a pen that is compatible with PARKER G2 style refills. Green Refill Cartridges
We ran out of green refill cartridges (and they are indefinitely out of stock due to supply chain issues). In order to expedite shipments, we decided to replace orders of green refills with two pairs of black refills (4 extra black refills). Sorry about that, and hope that the additional black refills will keep you marking for a long time.
International Shipments
Just wanted to remind anyone waiting on International shipments that it can take a while after the label is created for tracking to update because the packages go to a distribution center first. The international tracking link that you receive may not work, at least not after it leaves the US. Shipping out orders!

There has been a steady stream of MARKSMITH BLACK Ti markers going out the door. About 1/3 of orders have shipped. You'll receive a tracking email when it ships. If you haven't received one yet, then it has not yet shipped.

The picture below is of the very first pickup of domestic orders (there have been many more bags like this picked up). International orders have been shipping also, but they are sent in bulk to a distribution center first before the tracking updates.
